Key Responsibilities
- Craft and develop flawless web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to build user experiences.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications to maximize speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Implement and maintain strong security protocols.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to determine their potential impact on our products.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Outstanding understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
