About the role
At Frame.io, Product Managers don’t just ship features—we seek to add real customer value, set a high bar for quality, and measure impact well beyond launch.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead foundational pillars of our core product. In this role, you’ll shape experiences that power the workflows of the world’s leading creative teams, working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and our customers.

What You'll Do
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of our core product.
- Craft amazing product experiences that delight our customers
- Translate strategy into execution—defining requirements, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering at a high standard of quality.
- Leverage user research, product analytics, and market insights to inform decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer to represent their needs and challenges.
- Present concepts, insights, and key findings to stakeholders and leaders.
You're a Great Fit If You
- Bring Experience: 5+ years experience as a formal Product Manager with proven track record of shipping impactful features and workflows in SaaS products.
- Care about craft: You love building from zero-to-one and scaling from one-to-many, applying design thinking, lean startup, and agile practices.
- Insatiably Curious: You love exploring new and existing paradigms to add to your repertoire of ideas and solutions. You are exceptionally curious about new products and how users will respond to them.
- Communicate clearly: You write and speak with clarity and influence at all levels of the organization. You a versatile enough to adapt your style and content based on your audience.
- Think strategically and act decisively: You combine conceptual thinking with data-driven analysis, balancing imperfect information to make smart calls.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
