The Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization provides objective customer research, marketing analysis, and performance measurement to support Adobe’s business objectives. Within GMI, the B2B Applied Analytics team facilitates data-driven decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams in Adobe’s B2B segments.
We are seeking a B2B Applied Analyst to guide the creation and use of continuous performance evaluation to improve both marketing efficiency and business results. This position combines critical thinking, technical proficiency, and collaborator involvement to provide scalable insights that generate results within Adobe’s B2B network.
What you'll Do
- Develop and improve frameworks for critical metrics that align with strategic business goals, enabling consistent tracking of marketing and sales efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis on performance trends and anomalies, identifying actionable insights to improve campaign strategy, audience targeting, and segment performance.
- Partner with MMX teams to integrate marketing analytics into broader business performance reviews and forecasting models.
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions by collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business collaborators to define requirements and deliver scalable tools.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks that track campaign efficiency, audience engagement, and sales conversion across the full funnel.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through compelling storytelling and visualization tailored to executive and operational audiences.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to ensure analytics are embedded in decision-making processes.
What you need to succeed
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business performance tracking, or applied data science.
- Demonstrable ability to translate marketing and business questions into technical requirements and analytical solutions.
- Strong domain expertise in B2B marketing strategy, campaign measurement, and sales funnel analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Python/R for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience leading internal analytics products or platforms, with a focus on scalability and customer impact.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior collaborators through data-driven storytelling.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
