Join Adobe’s B2B Applied Analytics team as a Sr. Sales Activation Analyst, where you’ll drive the development and application of strategic analytics initiatives that power Adobe’s B2B go-to-market engine. This role is pivotal in connecting the dots between marketing-generated demand signals and sales execution, ensuring insights are not only surfaced but acted upon.
You’ll lead cross-functional programs that span planning, enablement, and performance measurement—delivering comprehensive performance narratives that support pipeline creation, deal progression, and customer engagement. Your work will directly influence how Adobe measures and improves the handoff of demand signals between Marketing and Sales - ensuring alignment, accountability, and impact.
What you'll Do
- Develop and operationalize analytics products that track and optimize the flow of demand signals from Marketing to Sales, ensuring timely and actionable handoffs.
- Develop frameworks to monitor signal quality, conversion rates, and follow-up efficiency across the funnel.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing partners to define critical metrics that improve signal utilization and pipeline velocity.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, including research, partner alignment, internal marketing, and performance reporting.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements by working closely with data engineers, data scientists, and platform teams.
- Drive adoption of insights tools and programs through enablement, training, and ongoing partner engagement.
- Conduct root cause analysis on breakdowns in the signal handoff process and recommend improvements to targeting, scoring, or routing logic.
- Package and present insights in a compelling, executive-ready format that drives decision-making and action.
What you need to succeed
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales strategy, or analytics roles.
- Proven experience improving Marketing-to-Sales alignment through data, tools, or process innovation.
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel dynamics – linear and account-based, lead management, and pipeline analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools; experience with BI platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complexity and influence senior partners.
- Experience managing internal analytics products or programs from concept to adoption.
- Background in technology, consulting, or enterprise marketing environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or consulting experience is a plus.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
