As Software Engineer in the AEM Cloud Foundation team, you will be involved in designing, implementing and operating the technical backbone of AEM Cloud Service. Faced with challenging computer science and software engineering problems, you will join a team of highly skilled software engineers, building innovative cloud-native services and operating them at scale.
What you'll Do
Provide foundational content AI services enabling powerful, innovative AI-based functionalities in AEM.
Work on core platform services in the context of indexing and search, critical to deliver blazing fast, high-quality digital experiences.
Design and implement scalable and fault-tolerant cloud services, and put observability and alerting in place to ensure high availability.
Participate in all aspects of the software development process, apply the best software engineering and operations practices.
Connect with internal and external teams to collect feedback and ensure the successful adoption of services.
Fast prototyping of innovative ideas and concepts and researching the latest industry trends.
What you need to succeed
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
Preferably some work experience with exposure to cloud architecture and development on Kubernetes, operational experience a plus.
Solid programming skills in Java, additional languages a plus.
Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML systems a strong plus.
Knowledge of distributed systems, databases, algorithms and data structures
Enjoy thriving in a fast-paced, ambitious setting
Proficiency in English
Nice to have
Experience in content indexing with Elasticsearch and proven work experience.
