We’re now looking for dynamic Product Sales Specialists to join our North America region Solution-Led Sales Team within Adobe Digital Advertising, Learning & Publishing (DALP). In this role, you’ll champion Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) — our award-winning learning platform recognized in the Forrester Wave™: LMS & LXP, Q1 2024.
This is more than a sales role. It’s an opportunity to shape how organizations skill their people, partners, and customers at scale. Your success will not only accelerate Adobe’s growth in the enterprise skilling space but also open doors to strategic account roles within Adobe digital learning & Publishing business.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market enterprise accounts.
Craft and execute smart account strategies that win new business and drive $400K–$600K+ annual bookings.
Unlock opportunities for Adobe learning Manager within a given set of targeted accounts.
Generate pipeline through creative prospecting — LinkedIn, email, calls, and compelling digital outreach.
Build trusted partnerships with executives, driving workforce transformation for both internal employees & extended enterprise.
Collaborate with Adobe DX field teams to acquire net new customers for ALM.
Deliver impactful, story-driven presentations that resonate with decision-makers.
Leverage insights, audits, and case studies to guide customers toward bold decisions.
Negotiate with influence at the highest levels, including C-suite executives.
Partners seamlessly with Adobe’s world-class teams Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Services, and more.
Track progress with precision: pipeline health, forecasts, and opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed
5+ years of experience selling SaaS or learning management solutions, preferably to US clients, with a proven track record in complex enterprise sales.
Effective networking with the ability to influence senior industry leaders and key decision-makers (CLO's, CXO's).
Excellent communication skills active listening, persuasive speaking, clear writing with positive energy and executive presence.
Consistent achievement of $500K+ annual sales targets, with strong organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated success in new business generation through cold calling, LinkedIn, and outbound prospecting.
Skilled in using data and analysis to evaluate customer relationships and shape account strategies.
Proficiency in modern sales prospecting tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach)and technologies.
Strong ability to build trusted customer relationships in fast-changing environments and articulate clear value propositions.
Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work effectively across functions and engage the right resources at the right time.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to pivot quickly based on changing business priorities .
