Seasoned engineering leader with 10+ years of experience in designing and scaling enterprise data warehouses and big data platforms—3+ years in leadership roles. Expert in Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, and streaming systems. Skilled at delivering robust, high-velocity data solutions while nurturing high-performing teams and aligning technical strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Growth

  • Build, mentor, and scale engineering teams focused on data and streaming infrastructure.

  • Foster high standards, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Strategy & Architecture

  • Own the technical vision and roadmap for scalable, resilient, secure data platforms.

  • Oversee design and implementation of large-scale pipelines, batch and real-time.

Delivery & Operations

  • Prioritize and deliver initiatives in partnership with product, data science, and business teams.

  • Balance delivering quickly with maintaining high quality, reliability, and managing technical debt.

  • Ensure observability, operational resilience, and strong governance across data systems.
