Major responsibilities
- Software development to create scalable solutions for business problems
- Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of Amazon's historical business data to help automate and optimize key processes
- Design, development and evaluation of highly innovative models, system/service for predictive learning
- Work closely with applied scientist to drive real-time model implementations and new feature creations
- Work closely with operations staff to optimize various business operations,
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
- Track general business activity and provide clear, compelling management reporting on a regular basis
- Research and implement novel machine learning and statistical approaches

We leverage the latest AWS technologies to build scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge solutions that directly impact millions of customers worldwide.

Deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models to tackle complex business problems.
Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive business impact through ML solutions.
Continuously innovate and simplify processes to improve system performance and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Passionate in Machine Learning, especially Large Language Models.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
Experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, EC2, Lambda, and Step Functions.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Passion for solving challenging problems and delivering business impact.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
