DESCRIPTION

Join Amazon's Americas Stores Tech Talent Acquisition (ASTTA) team as a Technical Recruiting Advisor (TRA) and help shape the future of our tech hiring initiatives. As part of our innovative enablement team, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Recruiting Business Partner organizations and tech delivery teams.

In this strategic position, you'll drive impactful hiring decisions by partnering with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and execute winning recruitment strategies. Your analytical mindset will be essential as you dive deep into hiring metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and optimize our recruitment processes. You'll have the opportunity to influence and enhance our tech hiring approach by communicating priorities to sourcing teams and developing innovative solutions that align with Amazon's customer-obsessed mission.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Handle executive-level (SVP, VP, Director) requests and escalations
• Lead meetings with ASTTA Recruiting Managers (RMs) and Front-Line Recruiting Leaders
• Influence location strategy and technology roadmaps
• Partner with Market Intelligence Candidate Experience (MICE) team on sourcing campaigns

Operational Excellence
• Monitor sourcing capacity and communicate delivery expectations
• Manage supply versus demand analysis for external hiring
• Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience and recruiter productivity
• Partner with leadership teams to execute key priorities

Reporting & Analytics
• Create monthly and quarterly performance reports by Senior Vice President (SVP)/Vice President (VP) lane
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including requisition health and candidate experience
• Analyze market conditions and provide data-driven hiring insights

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience in a complex and competitive market
* 3+ years advising and influencing senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience in a complex and competitive market
* 5+ years of client relationship management
* Experience across functional areas of talent acquisition to include diversity, research, and data/analytics
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
