As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives that improve Capex and Working Capital reporting framework, free cash flow management, and empower informed decision-making.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive planning and reporting mechanisms ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborate with business and finance teams to identify opportunities for optimizing resource allocation and enhancing overall financial performance.

• Lead the automation of planning, reporting frameworks, and financial models, utilizing advanced technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

• Develop and implement strategies to balance short-term operational needs with long-term investment decisions, aligning with overall business objectives.

• Conduct regular reviews and analyses of key financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement in resource management and decision-making.

A day in the life
1. Start the day by reviewing key metrics and performance indicators.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for ongoing inventory planning and optimization projects.
3. Work closely with the finance team to automate reporting processes and develop dashboards for monitoring inventory performance.
4. Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and cash flow optimization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- Experience as a lean sensei, or experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA, or CPA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
