eero is seeking a customer-obsessed Global Retail Forecast Analyst with a proven track record in data analysis and demand forecasting to support the Global Retail team. In this highly visible role you will be responsible for building both the day-to-day forecasts for the business and leveraging large datasets to drive insights for the Retail organization. A successful candidate in this role will be self- motivated, data-driven, and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights. You will seek ways to improve the accuracy and scalability of our forecasting processes, build queries and dashboards to enable business reporting, while balancing innovative thinking and a excellent customer and operational focus.
Key job responsibilities
- Build global annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts across multiple sales channels
- Analyze drivers and bridge variances between forecast versions and actuals to key stakeholders
- Scale our forecasting methodology with increased accuracy and flexibility
- Partner with the Business Operations team on required system enhancements to manage our forecasting and reporting needs
- Retrieve, analyze, and present large sets of data using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and/or other data management systems to garner business insights
- Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to better manage their business and make effective decisions.
- Provide supporting analysis to measure sales strategies and testing plans
- Ensure forecasting data fidelity across various reporting systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- 4+ years of financial planning, demand forecasting, or P&L ownership
- Working knowledge of various forecasting models, financial calculators, and ROI projections
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Familiarity with Amazon data systems to access and analyze sales channel data
- SQL and Tableau experience preferred
- Excellent narrative writing skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
