As a Principal Product Manager (Technical) on Easy Ship, that’s exactly what you will be doing. Easy Ship is a fulfilment solution where Amazon manages all things related to fulfilment, simplifying e-commerce operations for our Selling Partners. Our Selling Partners are only required to pick/pack their orders and Amazon manages the rest of the fulfilment cycle. Customers get everything they love about Amazon - vast selection delivered to their doorstep on time, with the convenience of Amazon Returns and 24x7 Customer Support.
Easy Ship is currently live in over 10+ countries globally, serving millions of Customers and thousands Selling Partners.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting Product Manager to own delivery across features that require integration with processes and technology in business and operations teams. The candidate in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams (Global business teams, User Experience/Research, Program, Transportation to name a few) to identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and deliver world-class products and services that delight our global Customer base and empower our Selling Partners. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will possess a strong product management background and will have demonstrated experience leading projects. You will be required to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus product/technical constraints, perform detailed data analyses, and influence the product decisions. This position requires an ability to strongly communicate business direction, gain trust and project manage across multiples of stakeholders, and be tenacious, paranoid and laser-focused on the delivering the product roadmap.

- Write and present business cases (backed by strong research and analysis) in partnership with all stakeholder teams
- Develop product , drive exercises and plan resources for features to be delivered on time
- Write business requirement specifications
- Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program
- Be curious, highly motivated and effective within distributed teams
- Own and Drive xBR Mechanisms
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
