About the team
As the EU Gift Cards team, our mission is to offer customers a convenient and thoughtful experience to give and receive gifts. Our team owns Amazon Gift Cards, our Balance top-up product, and the sale of gift cards form other brands on Amazon. This extends across the Amazon consumer website
and Amazon Business.
We are part of the wider EU Payment Products team. The Gift Cards team is part of Consumer Gift Cards (where we also sell our own Amazon Gift Cards and the Top Up solution on our Store), and sits within the EU International Payment Products organization. As such, we are the home of all customer payment products, including the Co-branded Credit Card and Instalments (buy now, pay later).
We're a pan-EU team with members across several offices, our biggest hubs are London and Munich. We take pride in our diversity, talent development, and a high bar for customer experience.
