We're seeking talented female students for our Software Development Engineer (SDE) Internship program in São Paulo, Brazil. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will collaborate with experienced Amazonians to design and develop innovative products and services
• You will work on distributed computing projects that help lead fundamental changes in the industry

• You will contribute to building scalable, fault-tolerant storage and query systems
• You will write high-quality code in an agile environment
DAY IN THE LIFE
• Work 6-hour shifts (30 hours per week) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Partner with your assigned manager and mentor on impactful technical projects
• Collaborate with experienced Software Development Engineers
• Participate in team meetings and technical discussions
• Engage in professional development activities and networking opportunities
ABOUT THE TEAM

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from R$ 2,000 to R$ 3,000
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with graduation date 2026 or later
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher)

Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market.
- Collaborate to design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment, and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
- Collaborate to create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to innovative technologies at incredible scale and speed.
- Collaborate to build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use.
- Ability to design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
A day in the life
Selected interns must be available 6 hours per day within a 9:00am to 6:00pm window, from Monday through Friday. Those internship candidates currently located away from Sao Paulo are encouraged to apply, but will be required to relocate to Sao Paulo at their own expense.

Within two (2) business days of successfully submitting your application, you will receive our SDE Internship Technical Coding Online Assessment. Please take time to study/practice in advance and complete within the deadline instructed by the assessment.
IMPORTANT: You will be required to complete two sections 1) Technical Coding with the programming language of your preference, and 2) work-behavioral assessment. Make sure to complete both parts.
