Amazon Growth Services is looking for a technical product leader to transform how we scale and productize data science solutions that help brands accelerate their growth on Amazon. This role calls for a Senior Product Manager who excels at: (1) Translating ambiguous customer problems into technical capabilities, (2) Working closely with Data Scientists and Business Intelligence Engineers to build product roadmaps, and (3) Converting prototype solutions into production-ready services.
You will be responsible for productizing and launching new tools and services that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science capabilities. Working closely with Applied Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, ProServe consulting teams, and other technical and business leaders you will: (a) identify opportunities to scale prototype solutions into production services, (b) develop product strategy and roadmaps for science-based capabilities, (c) define technical requirements and architecture for productization, and (d) launch and scale new paid services. Experience with AWS services, ML/AI products, and analytics solutions is highly valuable.
The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with product leadership. You must thrive in collaborating with scientific teams while maintaining strong business acumen. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions and your track record of launching data-driven products will be essential. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading-edge science in areas including causal inference, LLM, forecasting, and optimization, while building scalable products that drive vendor growth globally.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with Scientists and BIEs to develop and maintain product roadmaps for science-based capabilities
Transform prototype solutions and consulting engagements into scalable, production-ready services
Define technical requirements, architecture, and implementation plans for new products
Work with ProServe teams to understand customer needs and validation of product concepts
Drive end-to-end product development from conception through launch
Communicate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders and leadership
