DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an exceptional strategic leader to drive business transformation and operational excellence for Amazon's North American Seller organization. This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, serving as the voice of the Seller and customer to affect change across the tech stack and operational processes which support Post-Sale Customer Interactions (customer service, customer returns, etc.).

As Principal Product Manager, you'll architect and execute strategic initiatives that drive customer experience improvements, seller success, and business growth for Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN Sellers). You'll work directly with senior leadership to translate vision into actionable plans while ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
