Join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Resource Management and Sales Model Insights team as a Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst. Help establish AWS as the premier cloud provider by supporting our growth initiatives.

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will develop metrics to measure sales program effectiveness and automate operational processes. You will analyze data to uncover actionable business insights and create reports that influence strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will partner with Business Intelligence teams to implement new reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise in data analysis and strong financial acumen. You should have experience working with large datasets and the ability to manipulate them effectively. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with both technical stakeholders and business units. A track record of operational excellence is also required for this position.

In this role, you will work directly with senior stakeholders across Sales and Operations teams. Your responsibility will be to transform data into strategic recommendations that enhance our customers' cloud adoption journey. Your insights and analyses will play a crucial role in shaping AWS's growth strategies and improving our service to customers.

The Sales Resource Management team forms part of the Sales Marketing & Global Services org. As Amazon Web Services (AWS) continues to grow, the Sales Resource Management Team plays an important role in scaling revenue, processes and enabling strategy through resourcing in support of thousands of sellers across numerous industries, geographies, and product lines.
