The On Road Staffing (ORS) team is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to join our team, focusing on the development of Market Intelligence products. Our team is scaling processes and initiatives fast, requiring this Amazonian to hit the ground running.

This Amazonian will need to have solid business acumen, be comfortable interfacing and driving across various functional teams, have a passion for developing and implementing processes in an ambiguous problem space, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to build a program that will significantly impact Amazon’s last mile delivery capabilities. This Amazonian should have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Own, design, develop, document, and manage scalable solutions for new and ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, visualizations, and dashboards to support business needs
- Own and develop queries and data visualizations for ad-hoc, recurring, troubleshooting requests and projects, as well as for ongoing reporting by leveraging SQL, Redshift, QuickSight and Tableau skillsets
- Dive deep to understand frameworks utilized for storing data and different tools and solutions used to gain access to it
- Use data mining, data modelling ,data warehousing, and other analytical techniques to develop and maintain customer segmentation and predictive models to drive the business
- Design and drive experiments to form actionable recommendations. Present to business leaders in both ad-hoc forums and routine business reviews (MBR/QBR) to drive decisions
