1. Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team developing cross-border shopping experiences used by millions of customers daily
2. Drive technical solutions for personalized recommendations, marketing, and localized experiences supporting multiple languages, currencies, and payment methods
3. Architect scalable, high-performance systems that power our international shopping experience
4. Balance technical excellence with business goals to define and execute our global expansion strategy
5. Work across frontend and backend systems
