DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) and Automation Program Manager to drive artificial intelligence and automation initiatives that will enhance the productivity of our Account Management (AM) teams at Amazon BR

The Gen AI and Automation Program Manager will play a key role in rethinking how our AM teams work by leveraging Gen AI technologies, developing innovative solutions, and automating manual processes. The role will be part of the BR Sales Operations team and will focus on implementing AI-driven improvements across sales programs.



Key job responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with Amazon WW AI workstreams, connect with central teams, and other countries.
- Work on awareness and education and increase adoption of current internal GenAI Tools (Amazon Q, Cedric, PartyRock, AgentZ, etc.)
- Develop personas/agents/apps/tools using Bedrock and other AI and automation tools (AgentZ, Q, Partyrock, Cedric) to develop AI-driven productivity increase initiatives
- Engage and support business teams by identifying manual processes and automate them to streamline operations through AI
