Operations Technology Solutions organization (OTS), with an unparalleled scope, is part of the Amazon’s WW Operations & Robotics team. We design, deploy and support IT infrastructure, devices and Services across Amazon’s Global Fulfillment Centers, Transportation (Middle Mile, Last Mile & Logistics), and Specialty Customer Solutions (Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry, Campus, and Prime Air).

Our customers range from Amazon lockers to Amazon’s Air Hubs. OTS team is looking for a driven Business Intelligence Analyst to power our data-driven decisions. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive our operational excellence.

We want a self-starter who tackles challenges head-on and delivers results fast. You will own our business analysis process, manage KPIs, and lead risk assessments that shape our strategic direction. Key job responsibilities
- Think efficiently as a Business Analyst: manage routine business metrics and priorities while providing consistent analysis and recommendations on daily metrics operations
- Work closely with data providers to validate data accuracy and assist in developing automated reporting solutions for regular delivery schedules
- Apply analytical skills in gathering and analyzing quantitative business data to create standard reports, participate in metrics discussions, and suggest potential improvements
- Support the development of regular reporting metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and assist with operational planning, forecasting, and reporting models to help stakeholders make informed decisions
- Create regular business reports, write basic database queries, and conduct data analysis using MS Excel, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos and MySQL to track performance trends and support forecasting efforts
- Perform initial root cause analysis using available data to identify basic process or metric issues, recommend improvements, and help implement new measurement approaches
- Support operations/business teams in developing and maintaining KPIs, basic automated reporting, and process improvements aligned with established business requirements
- 15% travel, domestic and international, dependent upon business need
