Role Overview
As a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer, you will lead the design, architecture, and development of end-to-end AI/ML solutions at scale, owning the infrastructure for building and deploying these systems. Working closely with scientists and engineers, you’ll help implement AWS-based AI/ML and GenAI solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
As a pioneering ML Engineer within Kuiper ProdOps, you will drive hands-on development of high quality ML solutions. You are a technical leader that tackles new initiatives and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Your ability to synthesize and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences will be key to solving business problems and innovating for the future. You will strive for simplicity, combining deep technical expertise with creating problem-solving and strategic thinking, making high-impact on the business and driving innovation for the future.
Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced machine learning architectures and intelligent systems
- Create robust, scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions addressing complex technical and business challenges
- Partner with scientists and engineers to architect machine learning models with a focus on performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Conduct advanced research and prototype innovative AI/ML approaches
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with strategic objectives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
