When newsworthy events happen be it the launch of a popular new video streaming service, a highly anticipated football match, or the biggest shopping day of the year DynamoDB scales to meet customers' needs, no matter what.

As a senior technical program manager for the DynamoDB team, you will play a critical role in making this customer experience possible. The DynamoDB team is looking for a customer obsessed, team driven senior technical program manager to help take our engineering programs to the next level. Ensuring customers always have the capacity they need is just the start.

Utility Computing (UC)
AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.



Key job responsibilities
1. Work with our leaders to help manage our planning process, to make sure we are working on the highest priority projects.
2. Propose opportunities to streamline existing processes
3. Partner with engineering teams to manage our engineering programs
4. Manage cross-functional programs ( from inception to completion )
5. Own project status communication. Consistently impart clear and concise summaries for the projects you own to your leadership/management team
