The Quality, Reliability, Efficiency (QRE) team within Amazon Worldwide Grocery Store Tech is seeking passionate Quality Assurance Engineer to help us drive breakthrough innovations. Your expertise will directly impact how customers interact with our grocery platforms, creating seamless and delightful shopping experiences at a global scale.

In this role, you will be the owner of software quality that is critical to drive the customer experience for grocery. Your work will influence customers at Amazon scale across some of the most well-known worldwide brands. At a high-level, a successful candidate will possess deep expertise in QA methodologies while also being motivated to innovate within role.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for medium to large-scale projects, with a focus on automated testing execution.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively identify and resolve complex issues at their root cause.
- Possess expertise with at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python or C#.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the application development lifecycle, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, and testing within an agile environment.
- Exhibit strong ownership, the ability to work autonomously, and the initiative to find solutions when faced with challenges.
- Proficient utilizing one or more test management or bug tracking tools, such as TestRail, JIRA, or similar.
- Expertise in testing and automating for large-scale, complex applications.
- Mentor and guide other engineers as needed, sharing knowledge and best practices.
