We are looking for a customer-obsessed, analytical and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead a diverse range of go-to-market initiatives in support of Fire TV product launches, product experience optimisation, and on-device marketing in ANZ. This role combines strategic GTM leadership with hands-on product experience management and creative marketing execution.

With deep consumer and product marketing experience, you will have a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business requirements and drive complex projects to completion. You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, have strong ownership, and excel at working across global teams. Experience with metric-based decision making and A/B testing is essential.

You will operate at both strategic and tactical levels, from launch planning to hands-on implementation of major initiatives. This role requires seamless collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Legal teams. You will take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.

This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead go-to-market strategy and implementation for Fire TV products in ANZ, from evaluating product concepts, developing business cases and reviewing investment plans with Amazon Devices leadership.
• Architect the local launch strategy, leading the cross-functional team to deliver a seamless, successful product launch across marketing, onsite CX, distribution channels, and more.
• Own content localization and packaging strategies
• Drive business reporting and goal tracking across all platforms
• Optimize on-device customer experience through experimentation and local new feature testing
• Develop and execute A/B tests to enhance customer experience
• Execute seasonal campaign strategies and create compelling content for tentpole events
• Manage strategic content row placement and optimization
• Drive engagement through innovative on-device marketing initiatives
