As a BIE, you'll drive the development of scalable real-time metrics reporting and analysis tools for our next-generation communication features powered by advanced AI technologies, including Generative, Agentic, and Real-time AI. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and data science, to design and deliver innovative solutions that leverage these AI technologies to enable seamless, intelligent communication experiences. You'll also lead the integration of these advanced data systems into Alexa's core capabilities, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Define the data elements to enable analytical and reporting capabilities, and work cross-functionally with other business intelligence teams
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of the data models that support ongoing metrics, reports, and analyses used to drive key business decisions
- Use expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Use business intelligence and visualization software (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau) to develop dashboards that are used by senior leadership, HST, One Medical and other health teams
- Drive data democratization throughout the organization, enabling others to self-serve their data needs. Empower technical and non-technical, internal customers to drive their own analytics and reporting (self-serve reporting) and support ad-hoc reporting when needed.
- Develop deep understanding of vast data sources and know exactly how, when, and which data to use to solve particular business problems.
* Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale as we grow
* Work with Product Managers, Engineering, Finance, Marketing teams and other stakeholders on need basis to support their new analytics requirements.
* Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritizing when necessary.
* Partner/collaborate across teams/roles to deliver results.
