This role will be crucial in identifying efficiency opportunities, optimizing business processes, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across all regions.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives across global Desk Tech operations
- Develop and implement data analytics frameworks to measure service performance and generate regular reporting
- Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Design and standardize business processes across regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Program and Vendor Managers to implement and measure improvements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
