The Retail Business Services group is an integral part of Amazon online product life cycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The programs handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.

RBS has a new program to scale Merchandising management worldwide and is looking for dynamic and talented associates to participate in the implementation of the program in Brazil. The Associates will be responsible for developing business relationship with vendors and providing operational support to both vendors and vendor managers .


Key job responsibilities
This position is a Merchandising Operations Analyst in Merchandising team inside Retail Efficiency Program and the primary responsibilities includes support Amazon Events and Marketing campaigns .

This position requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and agility to manage dynamic priorities across multiple categories and marketing events. The ideal candidate thrives in operational excellence, enjoys working with data and systems, and is passionate about improving processes that impact millions of customers through better campaign visibility and execution quality.

A day in the life
1) Execute Campaign Creation using internal tools for campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and 100% SLA adherence.
2) Support Key Retail Events, push notifications, emails and reports.
3) Collaborate with Design and Outbound Marketing teams to validate creative assets, ensure brand compliance across touchpoints.
4) Optimize Processes through Continuous Improvement (Kaizens) by identifying automation opportunities, testing new SOPs and supporting tool enhancement feedback loops with global tech teams.
5) Analyze Data and Report Performance, maintaining dashboards and weekly business reviews (WBR) to track SLA, efficiency, and quality metrics for assigned processes.
6) Partner with Global Teams (India, EU, NA) for cross-node collaboration on automation pilots, event alignment, and best practice sharing to scale process standardization.

About the team
As part of the RBS Retail Efficiency Brazil Merchandising team, this role plays a critical part in enabling high-quality marketing and campaign execution for Retail and Marketing stakeholders across categories. The Merchandising Associate partners closely with Retail Vendor Managers (VMs), Category Marketing Managers (CMMs), and the Global RBS Merchandising network to create, launch, and optimize marketing assets and campaigns that enhance product discoverability and customer engagement.
