Senior UX Designer, Amazon Delivery Experience
Amazon
Description
Our Middle Mile UX (MMUX) team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape digital experiences that power financial automation for one of the world's largest transportation networks. This role leads end-to-end design for solutions that help controllers, auditors, finance analysts, and accounting teams automate invoicing, auditing, payments, and accounting. Your work will create intuitive interfaces that enable teams to investigate anomalies, make efficient decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce manual effort.
The role requires applying human-centered design to develop solutions for complex financial workflows. You'll explore and integrate AI throughout your work, unlocking innovation and enabling strategic thinking in your designs and product features.
Product managers, engineers, and leadership are key partners. You'll also work closely with other MMUX designers and researchers who design experiences for drivers, carriers, yard associates, capital planners, and construction managers.
MMUX is part of Amazon Delivery Experience (ADX), which innovates and designs experiences for first, middle, and last mile customers. ADX provides support via the Meridian design system, UX writing, accessibility, design principals, UX research, and a large UX community.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team building intuitive systems that enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy. If you have experience delivering design solutions at scale and simplifying complex workflows, this is the place for you.

A day in the life
As a UX Designer on the MMUX team, you'll design solutions for controllers, auditors, and finance analysts managing complex financial workflows. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other MMUX designers will help you understand customer needs and develop strategic planning. You'll explore and integrate AI into your design process and products, sharing discoveries with team members. Generating concepts, evaluating alternatives, and iterating on solutions is your engine. You'll present recommendations with clear rationale and share work regularly for feedback. Connection with the larger ADX design community provides ongoing learning opportunities and camaraderie.
