Key job responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs with impact across multiple organizations, from strategy development through delivery
- Define program objectives, analyze data, and drive quantifiable improvements using metrics and KPIs
- Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively
- Develop and implement KPI reporting for program portfolios, providing visibility into milestones and performance
- Create, communicate, and manage project budgets
A day in the life
You'll start your day reviewing dashboards and metrics that track transportation network performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
