Description

Amazon Finance Technology (FinTech) is seeking a Software Development Engineer (L6) to design and build scalable internal customer experiences and the services that support them. This role focuses on developing next-generation software applications with broad impact across the organization.

Within the FinTech Tax organization, the team is building a comprehensive suite of global tax solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining tax automation products that support Amazon’s global operations. You will work in a collaborative environment, contribute to system design and implementation decisions, and help deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain software systems for tax automation and compliance.

Contribute to both new) and existing systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Apply engineering best practices to ensure reliability, security, and maintainability.
