About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager on Leo's Mobility team, you will be at the forefront of one of the most ambitious connectivity initiatives in the industry. You'll own and drive the delivery of mobility solutions across aviation, maritime, and land verticals — connecting critical customers in environments where reliable connectivity isn't just convenient, it's essential.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your work will directly shape how Leo serves some of the most demanding and mission-critical use cases in the world.


What We're Looking For

- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs — ideally in connectivity, mobility, or infrastructure
- Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders
- A bias for action: you don't wait for perfect information — you move, adapt, and deliver
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, legal, compliance, and business teams
- Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments is a plus

What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, business operations, compliance, tax, legal, and key stakeholders — turning complex, multi-team initiatives into seamless execution
- Partner with engineering and product teams to define, scope, and deliver mobility solutions
- Build the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum at every stage
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence — driving clarity, removing blockers, and keeping programs on track in a fast-moving environment
- Influence without authority across a diverse set of teams and organizations to deliver outcomes that matter
