Key job responsibilities
As SDE3:

* You will be responsible for leading the team by setting the team's technical vision, architecture, and development practices.

* You will be responsible for raising the bar for the team's culture and helping grow the talent on the team.
* You will work closely across product, tech, and design job families to come up with new solutions for customers.
