We're seeking a Senior GenAI Security Consultant to own and drive the Partner Scaling Security strategy for the GenAI Innovation Center. You'll be:
- Owning the end-to-end security enablement strategy for the GenAIIC partner network, ensuring partners can deliver secure GenAI solutions that meet AWS's high security standards
- Embedding directly within partner-led engagements to validate security requirements and drive compliant, trustworthy outcomes
- Serving as the single-threaded security leader bridging AWS Security, third-party security organizations, and Professional Services stakeholders
- Setting the strategic vision for GenAIIC Security as it relates to partner-delivered engagements, influencing how security scales across the ecosystem
- Driving measurable outcomes that enable growth, accelerate partner capability, and protect customer trust

Key job responsibilities
Security for GenAI
- Own and execute the security enablement strategy for the GenAIIC partner network, ensuring partners can deliver GenAI solutions that meet AWS's security standards
- Embed within partner-led engagements to validate security requirements, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure compliant delivery
- Design and implement security controls and governance frameworks specific to partner-delivered GenAI applications
- Develop reusable security accelerators, playbooks, and assets that enable partners to scale securely
- Guide partners through security assessments and implementation best practices for AWS GenAI services

GenAI for Security Innovation
- Design and implement innovative GenAI solutions for security use cases applicable to partner-delivered engagements
- Create proof-of-concepts demonstrating novel applications of GenAI in security operations that partners can adopt and scale
- Develop new methodologies and tools for using GenAI to enhance security capabilities across the partner ecosystem
- Partner with security-focused customers and partners to identify and implement GenAI-powered security opportunities
- Build security-focused applications leveraging AWS's GenAI services that can be operationalized at partner scale

Thought Leadership & Industry Impact
- Author technical blogs, whitepapers, and best practices for GenAI security in partner-delivered contexts
- Present at major industry conferences and AWS events on GenAI security and partner ecosystem topics
- Drive innovation through collaboration with AWS service teams on security features relevant to partner delivery
- Influence industry standards and best practices for secure GenAI implementation at scale
- Lead knowledge sharing initiatives within AWS, the partner community, and the broader security ecosystem

Success in this role requires balancing deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, strong cross-functional stakeholder management, and a relentless focus on enabling scale while maintaining customer trust and security excellence.

A day in the life
As a Sr GenAI Security Consultant focused on Partner Scaling, you might start your day reviewing security requirements for an upcoming partner-led GenAI engagement, followed by a working session with AWS Security and a strategic partner to align on security enablement priorities. By afternoon, you're developing a reusable security playbook for partner delivery teams, then facilitating a security architecture review embedded within a partner engagement. Your day might conclude with drafting guidance on secure prompt engineering practices for partner distribution or preparing for an upcoming partner enablement workshop. Throughout the day, you'll balance partner stakeholder management, security governance, and strategic planning while staying at the forefront of GenAI security advancements.
