World Wide Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) allows sellers to outsource order fulfillment to Amazon, leveraging Amazon's world-class supply chain and technology to provide customers with the fastest delivery promises and easiest returns anywhere. Sellers gain access to Prime and non-Prime customers worldwide while freeing up their resources to focus on what they do best.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst III to become a key member of our growing Insights and Planning team. As a senior leader, you will drive analysis and insights that inform high-impact business decisions. Beyond data and reporting, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership, develop deep expertise in our sellers, create new perspectives, and drive recommendations for business improvement.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience and proficiency in data analytics, use of advanced AI tools, working with large datasets, extracting and transforming data using various tools and technologies, and building advanced data pipelines. They will be responsible for transforming data into actionable business insights, making it readily accessible and available for stakeholders worldwide. They will use data to support ideas, drive actionable outcomes, and identify unique ways to present complex information in an easy-to-consume format. They will be passionate about finding root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact the business. They will draw inferences and conclusions, create dashboards and visualizations of processed data. They will have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with leadership and product owners to understand key business questions and build reports that enable the organization to answer those questions quickly and accurately. They will be very comfortable juggling competing priorities, handling ambiguity, and working in new domains and datasets. They will thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with WW FBA teams (and beyond) to identify opportunities, take action, and track results
- Use advanced AI tools to conduct work more efficiently
- Help develop AI tools through prompt testing and training
- Create automated reports and dashboards with a combination of BI tools such as Tableau and QuickSight
- Provide data support for business and cross-functional partners to support Business Cadence reports and address escalations
- Uncover trends and correlations through mining and analysis to develop insights that can help stakeholders make effective decisions
- Develop metrics and build reporting capabilities that meet the fast-changing needs of our business
- Extract and transform data using various tools and technologies, building advanced data pipelines
- Act as a key partner to teams around the world, building trust with stakeholders by providing actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with Program Managers who drive actions resulting from your insights
- Work with large datasets to support ideas, drive actionable outcomes, and identify unique ways to present complex information in easy-to-consume formats
- Handle ambiguity and work in new domains and datasets with confidence, juggling competing priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives

About the team
The WW FBA Seller Insights and Planning team provides critical analysis of our business worldwide and inspects opportunities to improve down to the seller level. We partner with teams across all marketplaces—including product, finance, and business intelligence teams—to drive improvements that help our sellers and our FBA business grow.

Over the last several years, sellers have enjoyed strong business growth with FBA shipping more than half of all products offered by Amazon. FBA focuses on helping sellers with automating and optimizing the third-party supply chain. FBA sellers leverage Amazon's expertise in machine learning, optimization, data analytics, econometrics, and market design to deliver the best inventory management experience to sellers.
