We are seeking a detail-oriented marketer who likes to work across multiple payment programs products and marketing channels to deliver personalized best-in-class communication to customers. A marketing professional who can deal with a high level of ambiguity can better fit with the organization.
Verbal and written communication in both Japanese and English are must.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans to share focus areas and execution roadmap.
- Own initiatives end to end, working with cross functional teams legal, finance, product, design, data science, and bank partners to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns.
- Work with internal partner teams such as Sales, Product, Prime, Amazon Advertising, and devices, to experiment in new and existing marketing channels on Amazon.co.jp.
- Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers and effectively build acquisition campaigns for our credit products.
- Manage internal and external design and research agencies to create marketing campaigns.
- Analyze the performance of campaigns, identify next actions and share results of campaigns with senior management teams and stakeholders.
