Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Are you passionate about transforming how the semiconductor industry designs the chips that power our world? Do you have deep technical expertise in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and High Performance Computing (HPC) combined with the business acumen to drive cloud adoption at scale?

Join the Advanced Computing team as a Business Development Specialist focused on HPC EDA Workloads. This role is at the forefront of helping semiconductor companies modernize their chip design and verification workflows by migrating mission-critical EDA workloads to AWS. You will work with leading semiconductor companies to architect, optimize, and scale their most demanding compute-intensive design flows on AWS infrastructure.

You will lead the global go-to-market strategy for HPC EDA workloads, working directly with semiconductor design houses, fabless companies, and integrated device manufacturers to understand their EDA infrastructure needs, demonstrate the value of cloud-based design environments, and help them transition from on-premises HPC clusters to AWS. Internally, you will partner with AWS service teams (EC2, ParallelCluster, Batch, FSx for Lustre, and others), , engineering, marketing, professional services, partner teams, and sales leadership to influence roadmaps, ensure alignment, and scale execution.

Your work will span from technical deep-dives with chip design teams at Global 500 semiconductor companies to capacity planning sessions with AWS service teams, to keynote presentations at industry conferences like DAC, DVCon, and SEMICON. You will be the bridge between the semiconductor industry's most complex computational challenges and AWS's most advanced cloud infrastructure capabilities.

You are a leader for specialists, architects, partners, and account teams around the world, setting direction and standards for how AWS approaches EDA workload migrations. You bring the voice of the customer into our product development roadmap and help AWS and its customers navigate the transition from traditional on-premises HPC environments to cloud-native EDA design flows.
