About the team
WW Prime has two core product pillars: Member Growth and Value Proposition. The Benefits, Pricing and Constructs team owns the value proposition for Amazon Prime, defining the benefits, tiers and price points, as well as communicating that value to customers. We partner with almost every consumer business at Amazon to incubate and launch new benefits, and hold ourselves accountable for delivering disproportionate value to customers while growing Amazon's long term free cashflow. We also build tech and product capabilities that elevate cross benefit experiences, such as enabling third party benefits, sharing of benefits, and connective tissue CX across benefits.
