Description

The Amazon Gift Cards Product team is building the infrastructure that powers B2B gift card distribution — connecting enterprise partners, reward platforms, and marketing automation tools to Amazon's gift cards through a single, modern API. We are seeking a driven, technically sharp, and strategically minded Product Manager who is eager to define the next generation of B2B gift card distribution on Amazon Business.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Ownership: Own end-to-end product strategy for the B2B Gift Card API, drive innovation in automated reward distribution, exploring new use cases and integration patterns.

Product Launch: Launch a new gift card API on Amazon Business, defining requirements and working with engineering teams to deliver real-time gift card capabilities; define end-to-end experience for onboarding, distribution, and reporting/analytics within AB's Gift Card Manager.

Partnership Development: Build business case to expand offering beyond 'direct' partners to focus on strategic partnerships with survey tools, workplace collaboration, and marketing automation; work with Amazon Business's global integration and App Center team to onboard partners and build seamless "Connect App" experiences.

Developer Experience: Design intuitive API documentation, developer tools, and integration guides to minimize time-to-integration for partners.

Platform Consolidation: Lead the long-term consolidation of Incentives API onto Amazon Business platform; drive deprecation of legacy infrastructure while maintaining service continuity for existing enterprise customers; develop customer segmentation strategies and migration strategy to maintain high spend cohort ($250k spend on average)

Executive Communication: Present strategic updates and business reviews to senior leadership, including OP2 updates and roadmap decisions. Present to Amazon Business leadership to get buy in on product strategy and partnership.
