How we do improve Amazon's pricing strategy and onsite price experience to improve price perception among customers? This is the key question we are trying to answer at scale for the millions of customers we have worldwide.
The Price Perception team is seeking a Market Research Manager to lead customer research projects focused on Amazon Business customers. This research will inform company-wide B2B strategy and our own team's feature development plans.
Key job responsibilities
In this role you will lead high-visibility, worldwide research projects to uncover insights about business customers. Your work will directly inform how Amazon serves B2B buyers at scale.
You will design and execute customer research programs focused on business customer behavior and B2B pricing perception.
You will partner with stakeholders across Amazon Business, Pricing, Product, and other teams to translate research findings into customer-facing features.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, deep empathy for business customers, and comfort working in a global team with high executive visibility. You bring the ability to influence executive stakeholders, a collaborative spirit, and enthusiasm for solving complex customer problems.
