We are searching for a Business Analyst II to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team within Content Publishing Operations. In this role, you will be the analytical engine closest to site operations — delivering rapid-response analysis, building operational dashboards, and creating performance tracking solutions that enable site leadership to make real-time, data-driven decisions. You will own the delivery of site-specific analytical solutions including associate scorecards, queue health alerting, and capacity analysis that directly impact how our operations teams manage day-to-day workforce performance.

This role operates at the intersection of WFM strategy and site execution: you will translate centralized workforce frameworks into site-level analytical tools that make strategic concepts actionable on the ground. The ideal candidate is a fast-moving analyst who thrives on solving urgent operational problems, is comfortable building scrappy solutions with light engineering (scripting, automation, dashboard development), and is energized by being the go-to analytical partner for site leaders across India and Japan.

This role is based in India and operates on a shifted schedule to enable meaningful overlap with U.S. Pacific and Costa Rica time zones. This ensures you are connected to the core WFM team, engaged directly with cross-functional stakeholders, and able to participate in global leadership forums — giving you visibility and influence well beyond a typical site-based analytics role.

Key job responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and data infrastructure that deliver validated, accurate metrics across the organization
- Produce executive-level WBR (Weekly Business Review) reporting that informs leadership decisions on workforce optimization, capacity planning, and investment stewardship
- Build and maintain real-time metrics dashboards and alerting mechanisms that enable proactive capacity management and minimize idle time
- Provide same-day rapid-response analysis for urgent site operational questions, delivering actionable insights under tight timelines
- Create analytical solutions originating from site operational requirements and priorities, ensuring site leaders have the data they need to drive performance outcomes
- Own workforce metrics calculation logic — including productivity (TPH), utilization, queue health, and efficiency — ensuring data quality and consistency across sites
- Support capacity analysis for resourcing decisions by delivering accurate, timely data on workforce deployment, utilization, and availability
- Build automated reporting and alerting pipelines using SQL, scripting, and BI tools to reduce manual effort and increase analytical responsiveness
- Execute on the team's technical roadmap, delivering milestones on schedule with proactive communication of progress and blockers to leadership

About the team
