We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management in SCOT AIM IN team focused on the India business. In this role, you will play a major role in driving business and customer experience outcomes across IN Stores by owning the adoption of automation and steering to the right results. You will lead driving adoption of SCOT's suite of systems for sellers, own key availability metrics, and drive operational excellence outcomes including access to supply and lead times.
This role requires strong thought leadership in AI-led solutions to drive the next generation of supply chain automation and efficiency. It offers a unique opportunity to drive automation, standardization, and efficiency across the India marketplace by identifying opportunities and partnering with global SCOT teams to execute.
An ideal candidate will be a proven leader with deep analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple functions. You will partner heavily with senior leaders across India Category, Operations, Category, Finance teams and Seller leadership, driving insights and understanding through the development of metrics and reporting solutions, ideation of new products and features, data review, and in-depth analysis. You will also collaborate with fellow WW SCOT team members similarly focused on driving business outcomes on specific segments. In addition, you will provide guidance and mentoring to PMs and BIEs, and play a leadership role for your business segment across the broader global SCOT organization.
Key job responsibilities
System Adoption: Drive adoption of SCOT's suite of buying and planning systems across sellers
Metrics Ownership: Own inventory availability metrics for India; set goals, identify system defects, and drive corrective actions to improve customer experience.
Operational Excellence: Lead operational excellence programs including access to supply and lead time reduction by partnering with operations and vendor management teams.
People Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs), providing active mentoring and playing an outsized leadership role across the broader SCOT organization.
Data-Driven Insights: Create and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making, identify operational gaps, and prioritize new feature additions.
Innovation & AI Leadership: Drive thought leadership in AI-led solutions to pioneeringly automate the next generation of supply chain efficiencies.
Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional peers, creating a collaborative, high-standards culture.
