As a Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for consumer lending products that serve millions of customers. You will work on data-driven campaigns to grow our credit business — including credit cards and personal loans — while delivering great customer experiences. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for consumer lending products, supporting customer acquisition and engagement goals
- Implement data-driven marketing campaigns by analyzing customer segments, behavior patterns, and campaign performance
- Develop and test customer messaging and creative assets to improve conversion rates and product adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, business) to support marketing initiatives across digital channels
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
A day in the life
Your day might start with pulling performance data from recent campaigns and identifying trends or areas for improvement. You could spend time working with the analytics team to refine targeting for a customer segment, drafting copy for a new promotional communication, or coordinating with design to finalize creative assets. In the afternoon, you might join a cross-functional sync with product and business teams to align on upcoming launches, followed by updating campaign trackers and preparing a summary of weekly results for your manager.
