As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, and translating complex information into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Service operations to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
