Description
This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the customer experience vision and marketing intelligence engine for Amazon India's Homepage, the single largest surface for customer engagement on the IN marketplace. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will own the content strategy and operational excellence framework for IN Homepage, driving measurable improvements in customer relevance and engagement. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing and data, requiring a leader who can think big, influence cross-functional and WW teams, and deliver results at scale.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative and analytical candidate, who must be able to work at the strategic level (using customer behavior and data) and at the execution level (testing & optimizing campaigns & activation plans (with categories, partner teams). This candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the product marketing funnel and possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of data, comfortable engaging with senior leaders in India and worldwide counterparts.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Homepage ATF Management
•Own the strategic roadmap for ATF assets on the IN Homepage, aligned to the long-term Homepage Vision and IN marketplace priorities.
•Define the mental model, monthly prioritization, and success metrics for initiatives spanning content, automation, and CX innovation.
2. Product Enhancements & Innovation
•Lead the experimentation and implementation of product enhancements, with WW & IN product teams, to improve customer experience on the homepage.
•Partner cross-functionally with Discovery, WW Homepage Product, Ads, Design and IN partner teams to align on requirements, design specs, and launch criteria.
3. Tier 1 HVE Planning & Homepage CX Leadership
•Own Homepage CX for Tier 1 HVEs, define the Homepage framework for each event grounded in historical data, past learnings, and customer behavior insights.
•Lead CX Walk-the-Store sessions with Category Marketing Managers (CMMs) and IN Leadership prior to event go-live.
•Own daily monitoring, real-time reporting, and onsite actions.
4. Traffic POC for Homepage
•Serve as the Traffic POC for IN Homepage, owning the measurement of Homepage traffic with tracking at the Asset × Category × Campaign level.
•Plan and execute actions based on traffic insights, adjusting content strategy, allocation priorities, and partner engagement to drive Homepage traffic growth.
