Amazon is seeking an exemplary Sr. Program Manager with strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders, product, and tech teams to drive program delivery end-to-end. The ideal candidate will develop in-depth business understanding, perform deep-dives into complex problems, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers.

It involves coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing dependencies across teams, driving alignment on priorities, and ensuring delivery milestones are met with quality.

Job Description
- Work with external vendors on tech integrations and testing for launch
- Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for products supported by internal and external analysis.
- Partner with engineering teams on product delivery, identifying and mitigating against risks as they arise to ensure product delivery and efficient use of resource.
- Actively build relationships with product managers, business intelligence, and engineers to deliver on your product roadmap.
- Collaborate with internal Amazon business teams to define new requirements.
- Contribute to the team’s yearly product plans, and own product and program update for stakeholders and quarterly reviews.
- Manage and oversee various cross-functional launches and programs, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop, implement, and oversee metrics for products, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and product performance.
