Key job responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our technical teams, focusing on electrical, mechanical, hardware, and supply chain roles for both full-time and contract positions. This includes everything from intake meetings and job description creation to sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and closing. ● Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top technical talent in the Chinese market.
