The Principal Operations Program Manager will work within the Personal Robotics Group to develop the next generation of robotics systems. They own overall prototype build readiness and management of contract manufacturers/suppliers. They will work cross-functionally across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations functions to build consensus among the team and leadership. The individual will have experience in New Product Introduction in an Operations/Manufacturing role in Robotics and have proven communications skills and ability to influence.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive product development across internal teams and external development/manufacturing partners as the Single Threaded Owner for Operations.
- Develop manufacturing and supply chain strategies to meet product requirements.
- Manage budget and CapEx of production tooling and line equipment
- Execute development builds by overseeing technical issue resolution and production schedule on site at manufacturing location.
- Regular written and verbal communication to Leadership.
- Coordinate information flow across teams in support of manufacturing/operations.
- Drive operational excellence, processes improvement, and initiatives
- Bring in and incorporate industry best practices
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support development build and other job functions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations experience
- 7+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience with end to end product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 9+ years of technical program management experience
- 15+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
