Do you excel at coordinating complex programs across multiple teams and ensuring smooth transitions for critical operations? We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead the transition of newly launching buildings within our Robotics network to our regional support teams.
In this role, you will operate independently, coordinating with Product Launch and Tech Deployment teams to track milestones and ensure on-time technical support as sites go live. You'll be responsible for ensuring proper handoffs between teams, communicating support needs to regional teams, and maintaining seamless transitions that keep our robotics infrastructure running efficiently. This visible role requires exceptional cross-functional influencing skills and the ability to gain alignment across diverse teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program management for new building launches within the RTS network, coordinating schedules, milestones, and support requirements across multiple teams
- Partner with Product Launch and Tech Deployment teams to establish and validate clear handoff criteria, ensuring all requirements are met prior to RTS accepting ownership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for newly launching sites, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks before they become roadblocks
- Create and execute communication plans to ensure RTS Regional teams have clear understanding of timing and technical support needs for new buildings
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment through effective written and verbal communication, influencing without direct authority to achieve program goals
A day in the life
Your day starts by checking the status of upcoming building launches and addressing any blockers that need immediate attention. You'll spend time coordinating with Product Launch and Tech Deployment teams to understand schedule updates and milestone progress for new sites. You'll create and distribute clear communications to RTS Regional teams about upcoming support needs and technical requirements. You'll also review handoff documentation between teams, ensuring all criteria are properly met before RTS takes ownership. Throughout the day, you'll leverage your program management expertise to maintain visibility across multiple workstreams and keep all stakeholders aligned.

About the team
The Robotics Strategy and Planning team within the Robotics Technical Services (RTS) organization is responsible for setting the team strategy, planning the operating rhythm for the organization, and executing high-velocity events like Prime Day, Prime Big Deals Day, and Peak. We ensure the successful execution of organizational goals through strategic planning and operational excellence. Our team takes pride in developing comprehensive strategies that enable the RTS organization to efficiently support robotics infrastructure throughout the network. We work in a fast-paced environment where creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration are essential to our success.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
