Main accountabilities:
• Audit and monitor business process to ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate standards in all areas of law (Privacy, Consumer Protection, Anticorruption, Anti-Money laundering, among others).
• Regulatory examination and Audit oriented.
• Perform credible challenge to business projects and processes.
• Execute regulatory compliance assessment on controls.
• Support the area on the development, update and completion of Market Compliance Goals.
• Work with Global Teams and coordinate projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree or student in the final stage of the career
• Proven experience in Audit and regulatory examinations a plus.
• MS Excel required. MS Access and Tableau a plus.
• Knowledge of Argentina Anti-Money Laundering, Consumer Protection, Data Privacy and Anti-Corruption legal framework a plus.
• Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as written and oral communication skills (Spanish/ English).
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build strong relationships with all band levels and work effectively in a collaborative, multi-cultural, team environment.
